High Temperature, Flame Resistant 8 Mil PPS Fibers
Flexo® PPS expandable sleeving is engineered for high-temperature, flame-resistant wire harnesses and cable assemblies. Exceptionally lightweight and highly durable, Flexo® PPS offers outstanding resistance to extreme heat and a wide range of solvents. It is ideally suited for aerospace, telecommunications, and military applications that demand superior chemical resistance, thermal stability, low moisture absorption, excellent dimensional consistency, and minimal wear.
Constructed from 8 mil flame-resistant PolyPhenylene Sulfide (PPS) monofilament fibers, Flexo® PPS provides the broadest chemical resistance of any advanced engineering plastic. The material withstands exposure to all known solvents below 392°F and remains inert to steam, strong bases, fuels, and acids.
