Soft, Flexible Aramid Material 20 Times Stronger Than Steel

Flexo® KV (formerly Flexo® Aramid) is a soft, flexible sleeving designed to bundle and protect sensitive components under the most demanding environmental conditions. Braided from premium aramid fibers, Flexo® KV delivers exceptional durability, flexibility, and remarkable tensile strength—its fibers are up to 20 times stronger than steel of the same diameter.

Engineered for extreme performance, Flexo® KV offers outstanding thermal stability and can operate continuously from temperatures as low as -274°F to as high as 320°F, withstanding short-term exposure up to 572°F. The material will not melt or support combustion, combining strength and resilience in a lightweight, easy-to-install design.

Available in Yellow, Flexo® KV should be stored away from direct sunlight, as ultraviolet exposure will degrade the fibers. Although fluorescent lighting may cause discoloration, it does not affect the sleeving’s mechanical properties.
